Mud is a fun facial bar opened last month by Shama Patel in Chicago. The salon offers the Breathe facial for sensitive skin. And for an extra $10 or £6.70 (on top of your $40/£26.80), you can can get a breast milk add-on.
The extra pampering option is claimed to have healing properties for the skin, leaving it smoother and clearer. Shama says of the inspiration behind the treatment: ‘A lot of women use breast milk to calm irritations and heal small cuts on their children’s skin—and their own.’
