Many of the panelists were the only representation of Hispanic and even LGBTQ+ demographic in our workspaces. Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month was very important to me because there is a lack of Hispanic diversity and support in most industries and so much we can do for and with the Hispanic Community.”
