For those who find themselves unable to remove their bra manually, behold a modern marvel you can make yourself, known as the clap-off bra. Designed by Randy Sarafan, who says he was inspired by the high-tech bras he’d heard about in Syria, the clap-off bra comes undone when it detects clapping. However, you will not be able to clap it back on.
Perhaps this technology would make sense if the wearer has a clap-off light and likes to multi-task. The clap-off bra definitely would not make sense at a concert, sporting event or any other setting prone to rounds of applause.
There is a DIY tutorial on Instructables if you’d like your own hands-free bra. [It might take you a while.] Or just watch the mildly NSFW video below and clap your approval.

The Clap-Off Bra was created to introduce the type of electronic lingerie one would find in the bazaars of Syria to a more conservative Western audience.
