DETROIT, Nov. 25 (UPI) — The owners of the Booty Lounge mobile exotic dance club in Detroit announced the converted bus’ return to the Detroit Lions tailgating scene. The Booty Lounge’s Facebook page announced Nov. 14 the 1992 Thompson school bus, owned by Woodhaven resident Joe Parsons, will return to tailgating Lions games and the mobile exotic dance business was spotted Sunday tailgating at Detroit’s Eastern Market, MLive.com reported Monday.
Parsons said nudity is not allowed on the bus, but the bikini-clad dancers perform exotic dances for tips.
“We’re just going down there to support the team,” Parsons said Sunday. “I don’t see why we can’t be down there with all the other buses.”
The booty lounge’s original brief tenure at Lions tailgating events ended in 2011.
