A campus cop at Skidmore College in upstate New York was arrested and charged with sex abuse in the first degree and unlawful surveillance after he allegedly took advantage of an intoxicated woman after she passed out.

Robert Gardner Jr., 62, allegedly took the clothes off a 28-year-old woman who he was supposed to be escorting home in Saratoga Springs on Wednesday afternoon.
