  • stepping on, to cut, like Phyllisha Anne took money from AHF, bought meth, but needed more money so she took the meth she bought and mixed it (stepped on) with anther substance then sold it to someone else in her scam union...

• Should only purchase meth in crystal form. It is easy to step on powder, but not many will go through the effort to recook the shit back into crystal form.
