Lifestyle/success coaches Dave Stultz and Brian Begin, founders of men’s personal development site TheFearlessMan.com, are marking a milestone in the wake of a successful Spring/Summer tour with their highest attendance numbers yet.
The coaches’ popularity stems from their particular emphasis on an epidemic run rampant: more and more men are entering adulthood softer, weaker and less competent and confident than ever before.
“We’ve had a steady increase in clients struggling with their masculinity, lingering immaturity and inability to transition into a strong adult man capable of personal growth,” said Stultz. “Men now seem to have fewer role models, mentors and father figures who lead by example.”
While the reasons are vast and varied, “crossing the threshold into manhood has more societal and cultural challenges than in previous generations,” said Stultz, adding that men now contend with a minefield of mixed messages and gender stereotypes that further undermine their masculinity and confidence.
The Fearless duo’s empowering workshops for men like The Gathering and The Experience have caught on – mostly through word-of-mouth success stories – and expanded from its home base in Los Angeles to Las Vegas, New York City and Bucharest, Romania. Fearless’ Brotherhood online community is also available to its members for 24/7 support.
“Men from all walks of life have been struggling with finding their own masculinity, and it’s commendable that they’re recognizing it and taking the steps to find themselves,” said Stultz, adding that their services have been requested in other countries thus far, “so it’s not just a dilemma for American men.”
Stultz and Begin launched thefearlessman.com as an inspiring community for men to bolster their personal power and self-awareness, tackle personal obstacles and restructure core beliefs while building the necessary confidence to ensure long-term personal and professional success.
The Fearless founders are already organizing their 2017 coaching schedule, including a two-day motivational conference in Los Angeles in February, jam-packed with inspirational speakers and educators to address a variety of issues men face in today’s modern society.
