Hacker Fills More Than 250 Isis Accounts With Gay Porn

The hacker nicknamed WauchulaGhost took over 250 Twitter accounts belonging to the supporters of the Islamic state (or ISIS), publishing images of homosexuals and links to gay porn videos in them.

During a CNN phone interview, the hacker said that it took him about a year and a half to scout for ISIS supporters’ accounts. However, he spent more than sixty seconds gaining access to an account. According to the hacker, most extremists possess “technical skills of a 10-year- old child.”

WauchulaGhost also noted that the main motive of his actions was a terrorist attack in the Pulse, a gay nightclub in Orlando, where on June 12, 2016, Islamist Omar Mateen, a 29-year- old security guard, entered the gay club and opened fire on visitors. As a result of this terrorist attack, 49 people were killed, and more than fifty were injured.

According to the hacker, after what happened, he felt that he had to do something to the terrorist organization to protect the representatives of sexual minorities. So he decided to oppose the Islamic state’s hatred and began looking for accounts.

In addition, WauchulaGhost mentioned that he began to receive numerous threats from Islamists who “promise to behead him,” but he is not scared of them. He urged other hackers and social networks to join his fight. He says that if such social networks, as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram start taking actions, it will help in the fight against the Islamic state. He also said that he doesn’t take the threats seriously.

“They want to kill me. And it’s good because if they focus on me, they won’t do anything else,” the hacker said.

WauchulaGhost stressed that he doesn’t use gay porn to offend Muslims. The actions of the hacktivist are directed only against the jihadists. According to him, many of the hackers are also Muslims, and they respect all religions that don’t take innocent lives.

It worth mentioning that this is not the first attempt to hack and make a joke of the jihadists’ accounts on the Internet. In November 2015, an anonymous 4Chan imageboard published a whole series of edited photos on the web, depicting ISIS fighters as harmless rubber ducks. This idea was quickly picked up by the world’s leading media and social networks. As a result, users even started coming up with new names for the Islamic state, such as “the Duck State” and others.

And in November 2015, hackers from the notorious Anonymous hacktivist group gained access to several ISIS websites and about five thousand accounts on Twitter, through which terrorists, among other things, were looking for new recruits. After hacking the accounts, hacktivists posted Viagra and Prozac ads together with a call to “calm down.” According to Anonymous, the group will keep waging a cyberwar against Islamists in all possible ways until “they stop killing innocent people.”
