Alix Tichelman, a high-priced prostitute, was found guilty of giving a Google executive a fatal dose of heroin on his yacht and was sentenced to 6 years in prison.

Defense attorneys for Tichelman say their client had also injected herself, clouding her judgment. She pleaded guilty, according to court documents.

Larry Biggam, who represents 26-year-old Alix Tichelman, said after a court hearing in October that his client didn’t call for help because she panicked.
