This time a Republican has introduced bill S-3178. The  “Preventing Rampant Online Technological Exploitation and Criminal Trafficking Act of 2024” or the “PROTECT Act.”

And of course, everyone is screaming it’s the end of times. Much like last year, the year before, the year before, the year before, the year before, the year before, and just like The AHF war on porn 10 years ago.

Guess what, this happens every year, and these types of bills are written, rewritten, and fail, fail, fail, and fail. Porn is being produced at a record-setting level since COVID and shows no signs of slowing down.

Does anyone care to guess why bills like this go away?  Anyone? Hatler, do you know? No Hatler it’s not because AVN tried to kill you with a deadly spider they’ve been training for 7 years..it’s because most of our elected officials consume porn, like most of the world, what they say, and what they do, are not the same.

So they introduce a bill, then on their downtime,  they’re jerking off to Karma RX. When they are done, they clean up, they secretly say I love porn…Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, and countless other Presidents use escorts, escorts that were and are, porn performers. It’s the American way.

50 years from now 3 things are certain,  Astrid will still be threatening to sue Ole’ TRPWL, BBWs still won’t get to make an AVN speech, and porn will be readily available on this great thing called the internet.
