Jameis Winston has filed a lawsuit against the woman who accused him of sexual assault, a report suggests.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneer quarterback has filed a counterclaim against Erica Kinsman, 20, saying her allegations are false and defamatory.

The NFL’s first overall draft pick also claims she ‘maliciously and impermissibly interfered with Mr. Winston’s business and personal relationships’.

The court papers also allege that Kinsman willingly participated in the encounter and at one point asked to move from the bedroom with a broken door to somewhere more private.
