A rowdy sex party featuring “Big Beautiful Women” was in the process of being shut down by building management

A cautionary tale about the risks of Airbnb-ing your apartment.

New York comedian Ari Teman says he left his apartment keys with David Carter, 32, on Friday night and stepped out for dinner before leaving town.

He had supposedly rented out to a guy whose brother and sister-in-law were in town for a wedding, but when he returned for his luggage he discovered an “XXX Freak Fest,” also known as orgy, going on in his living room.

Teman promptly contacted Airbnb:

Teman’s address had also been posted on a recently deleted tweet by @TWINN_GREEN that announced it as the site for the 10pm-4am, $25 “Manhattan XXX Freak Fest.”

Not only was his furniture disassembled or thrown outside for maximum freaking space, but “it appears some stuffed animals were abused.”

When Teman later searched Carter’s phone number on the Internet, he found the raunchy soiree involving plus-size women advertised online as “Turn Up Part 2: The Pantie Raid.”
