After months of complaints from politicians about the same-sex emojis, detectives in Russia’s Kirov region are investigating Apple under the charge of producing “homosexual propaganda”.

This could mean that those little happy couples could be thrown off the country’s Apple messaging service as they’re just too damn gay for Russia to deal with. Christ knows what’s going to happen when they find out how we use the aubergine emoji.
