• She has to prove some type of damages and she cant. Mercedes, however can prove damages. You just cant say that someone said something bad to me and I want $300.00. • Man oh man. Should probably take about 10 minutes to get her to wig out in court and get this thrown out. Of course, you gotta keep Monica quiet for those 10 minutes, so............

  Assuming that Tara actually shows up, she will be sworn in. Can't you then take that opportunity to ask her about everything she knows regarding pornwikileaks, its moderators, and its posters--UNDER OATH.

• She's only suing for $300? I figured it would be some outrageous amount like $1 million. I'm now almost tempted to say just give her the money and be done with it. I can't wait for the outcome.
