Stripper Nomi Mims fired days after being sued by a customer: ‘My job is to be a good salesman’

RICHMOND, Texas — The Houston stripper being sued by a customer has a new problem on her hands. Nomi Mims says she lost her job at Treasures.

“They wouldn’t even let me in. They stopped me at the lobby,” said Nomi Mims. “They told me the reason behind my termination was because of me mentioning Treasures on television.”

An attorney for the club says Mims wasn’t actually fired but after showing up demanding personal contact information for another dancer, was told to leave.

Mims shared her story last week. She’s being sued by Robert Wallace for a laptop, about 40 mainstream movie DVD’s, including the Harry Potter series and $1,800.

“The things that I’m suing over is money,” said Wallace. She said she would pay back to me items that were mine that I let her borrow.”

The 32-year old software developer also told us he was much more than a customer.

“We were going out,” said Wallace. “We were intimate. We had sex. We were building a future together.”

The battle that started after the two met in the club may now play out in a courtroom on national t-v.

Both are considering offers from Judge Mathis and The People’s Court.

“I am in sales,” said Nomi. “So my job is to be a good salesman and that’s exactly what I do. No refunds on the booty and boobs.”
