According to TMZ, a Minka Kelly sex tape is being offered for sale. You would think that if someone had a Minka Kelly sex tape for sale they would have sold it when she on a primetime television show and not just famous for being the ex-girlfriend of Derek Jeter and walking her dog everyday and taking photos with Mandy Moore three nights a week.

One possible sticking point is that Minka might have been a minor when the tape was shot. Well, that would make selling or viewing the tape illegal. Minka’s ex-boyfriend shot the video and Minka definitely knew what she was doing as she and her ex both are looking into a video monitor to make sure they are in the right place so to speak. Wonder if it was just for them or if Minka had thoughts of an adult career. It is apparently right on the edge of whether she was 18 when it was made. If she is old enough then it is supposed to make a whole lot of money.
