Chris Evans put this up on his twitter today. I’m not sure how anyone could actually be “forced” to shoot with someone who has HIV, with no lists and the rumor mill the way it is, but its still a really good question. I guess my question would be, how did this rumor start?

I know FSC is for lowering or eliminating the punishment for people convicted of having sex and not disclosing the illness to there partner, but where did allowing HIV positive performers into the PASS system/ talent pool come from
