Earlier this week, the LAPD notified counsel for Tony T that the District Attorney rejected filing charges against Tony T for any alleged sexual assault or battery that was claimed to have occurred on the Mindgeek set in December 2016. According to attorneys for Tony T, the LAPD had been provided with all raw footage from the scene in addition to interviews with Tony T and all crew members. This development impacts the currently filed civil case Nikki Benz versus Mindgeek which was filed in LA Superior Court in April by D. Gilleon on behalf of Ms. Benz.
