A few months back, Nadya Nabakova filed a grievance with the California Labor Commissioner. The decision, released today, backs Nabakova’s claims that talent agency Direct Models forced Nadya to work under unsafe conditions while under contract, and of being improperly charged fees for items by the agency which it did not have the legal right to collect.
