A 21 year old woman from Werkendam has filed a lawsuit against Facebook in order to get information on who shared a sex tape of her on the social media site. The case will appear in the court in Amsterdam on June 11th Omroep Brabant reports.  

According to the police, the video, which shows the victim having sex with her now ex-boyfriend, was shared on a fake Facebook account under the victim’s name in January this year.  Facebook removed the fake account within an hour, but the video had already been shared. According to the victim, the video was filmed on her ex-boyfriend’s phone in February 2012, with her permission.
