Hey, remember that bi dude with two penises who (literally) bared all on Reddit last January? Well, he’s back with a new memoir.

In Double Header: My Life with Two Penises, Diphallus Dude (not his real name, obviously) dishes on growing up with diphallia, an extremely rare condition which occurs in 1 in 5.5 million men in the U.S.

In a new interview with Rolling Stone, the anonymous author, who posesses two 10-inch long uncut penises, says, “Before I was ‘DoubleDickDude’ no one cared about what I had to say. Since then, I’ve been able to help people who felt alone or lost.”

He says he wrote Double Header: My Life with Two Penises for them.

“I’ve gotten so many messages from people who need encouragement for one thing or another,” he explains. “With so much negativity in the world, the ability to bring something positive to the table is a great feeling.”
