CASE UPDATE

Jonathan Koppenhaver, a.k.a. War Machine, is still being held in Ventura County jail without bail.

He has waived extradition, so his next court date, which otherwise would have been his extradition hearing in Ventura County Superior Court on September 2…

…will instead take place in after he is transported to Nevada to face trial in Las Vegas Justice Court for the August 8 beating of adult film star Christy Mack.

UPDATE:  War Machine is expected to be extradited to Nevada sometime over the Labor Day holiday weekend.

Following a weeklong manhunt, UFC and MMA veteran Jonathan “War Machine” Koppenhaver was picked up Friday, August 15th by the U.S. Marshals in Simi Valley, California.

War Machine was arraigned in Ventura County Superior Court on Tuesday, August 19th.
