A group of female adult video stars have organized a benefit for AIDS research during which fans will be able to squeeze their breasts.

Japan’s Paradise TV will host the breast squeeze fundraiser next weekend as part of  a 24-hour live-streamed event, which is loosely translated to ‘Boob Aid’.

It’s the 12th such event since its launch in 2003, with fans donating to the anti-AIDS campaign in exchange for a feel. Reports of past Boob Aid extravaganzas indicate that, after making a donation and sanitizing their hands, participants over the age of 18 are allowed to squeeze the breasts of one of the group Japanese adult video stars. A limit of two squeezes per hand were allowed: If donors felt like copping another feel, they had to give again.

The nine adult movie stars told local media on Monday they could barely contain their excitement about the “Stop! AIDS” campaign fundraiser — which will be televized live — but asked: please be gentle.

“I’m really looking forward to lots of people fondling my boobs,” Rina Serina told Tokyo Sports. “But I would be very happy if you would please be delicate.”

The 24-hour Boob Aid “squeeze-a-thon” begins at 4pm (PST) on Saturday and is backed by the Japan Foundation for AIDS Prevention.
