In August 2021, Ron Jeremy pled not guilty to over 30 counts of sexual assault, including 12 of rape, in the Los Angeles area over a 23-year period. Most of the accusations were for headlines only, as per the norm, girls come out of the woodwork looking for 5 minutes of fame and some speaking fees, all bullshit. But it’s great political fodder, DA cant talk about how great of a job he’s doing.

Jeremy had been in prison since his arrest in June 2020. However, in November of 2023 he was released from jail and allowed to reside in a “private residence” due to his declining health and medical conditions. A year prior, he was declared incompetent to stand trial and in March of 2023 a conservatorship was filed.

The Blast reports that it has viewed official documentation indicating that Jeremy saw all 34 criminal counts against him dismissed thanks to California Penal Code Section 1385, which permits a court to dismiss any criminal charges “in furtherance of justice.”

And with that, Jeremy is now free
