The British Columbia girl sent nude photos of her boyfriend’s ex — and even posted one to Facebook — in an attempt to keep the girl at bay, prosecutors said.

It’s the 1st case in Canada where a teen has been convicted of distributing child porn for sexting.

A 17-year-old Canadian girl has been convicted on child pornography charges after she circulated nude photos of her boyfriend’s ex in an ill-fated fit of jealousy.

The teen, who lived in Victoria, British Columbia, stole the photos from the boy soon after they began dating last year, when she was 16, Canada’s CBC network reported.

The Crown maintained she was angry and jealous when she sent the pics to a friend and posted one on the girl’s Facebook page, in an apparent attempt to keep the ex-girlfriend away from her new beau.

She was convicted Friday of possessing and distributing child porn and uttering threats.
