SEATTLE — A King County man charged with stealing nude photos of women and posting them on a ‘revenge porn’ website will spend a year behind bars.
Jeremy Walters was sentenced in King County courtroom on Friday to a year in prison for cyberstalking four women.
The victims were also in court, where they spoke about the damage that Walters did.
“Jeremy deliberately posted these photos of us to try and destroy us for no reason,” said one of the victims.
Another victim told the court she “lived in terror” after discovering nude photos of herself on the internet for all to see.
One woman hired Walters — a computer tech — to transfer files from an old computer to a new one. Court documents say Walters stole those files, which included some nude photos of the victim.
