APHSS, according to an email I’ve seen excerpted online, applied last month’s subsidy monies to paying for performers’ syphilis testing, re-testing, and anti-biotic treatments. The plan is to begin the subsidy program as originally envisioned (for all basic performer panel tests) some time in October.
