It may or may not be a rough holiday season for the folks at MindGeek/Brazzers and their customers, as news of yet another online hack has surfaced.
Our friends at The Daily Dot report:
On Friday, a group claiming affiliation with the loose hacker collective Anonymous released a document containing approximately 13,000 username-and-password combinations along with credit card numbers and expiration dates.
Many doubt that this online hack was actually the work of Anonymous.
And while some speculate that the hackers accessed the personal information through the payment processors used by the websites, at least some the info may actually derive from pre-existing ‘Data Broker‘ and IRC sources as much of it appears to be out of date.
The cache of stolen info that the purported hackers posted on the sharing site Ghostbin relates to users of the following sites (adult sites in bold):
- Amazon
- Walmart
- PlayStation Network
- Xbox Live
- Twitch.tv
- Origin.com
- Hulu Plus
- Dell
- Brazzers
- lKnowThatGirl
- Mofos
- DigitalPlayground
- Wicked
- Twistys
- Fantyasyhd
- Puremature
- Tiny4k
- MotherFuckerXxx
- Playboy
- CastingCouchX
- BangBros
- POVD
- BabesNetwork
