A Cincinnati woman diagnosed with a sexually transmitted disease is suing her hospital after its staff allegedly posted her medical records on a Facebook page called, “Team No Hoes.”
In the lawsuit, obtained by WLWT, the unidentified mother claims three employees at UC Medical Center posted a screen shot of her private records in September 2013, revealing her treatment for syphilis.
The mother claims she’s since had to endure vicious taunting online — from people calling her a “hoe” and a “slut” — and even cruel phone calls at her home.

“She was absolutely devastated. That is the most private of private medical information that was posted on Facebook and went out to a group on Facebook that had a huge dissemination,” her attorney, Mike Allen, told WLWT.
Her suit blames UC Medical Center for not properly supervising its employees, one of which is identified as her ex-boyfriend, Raphael Bradley.
In her suit she accuses Bradley of convincing Ryan Rawls and another unidentified employee of leaking the private information to the members-only Facebook page.
The victim further accuses the medical center of not doing enough to identify the third accused individual whom allegedly still has possession of her medical records.
She’s seeking damages of more than $25,000 and the guarantee that something like this won’t happen again.
