AHF aims to have the measure qualified to appear on the November 2016 Presidential election’s California ballot

The initiative, entitled ‘The California Safer Sex in the Adult Film Industry Act’ was filed with the state Attorney General’s office by AHF despot Michael Weinstein last week.
The move comes on the heels of the defeat of the AHF-sponsored AB 1576 in the California state senate last year.
