Cade, as director and star, has released a brand new movie through Filly Films: the political farce, Between The Headlines: A Lesbian Porn Parody.

Here’s the official summary:

This election season, politics get dirty when political staffer Elena (Vanessa Veracruz) witnesses Hillary (Nina Hartley) and Michelle’s (Lotus Lain) secret tryst. Will she tell the media (Aaliyah Love as Megyn K and Lily Cade as Rachel M) or will ‘fixer’ Aiden Starr make her an offer she can’t refuse? Find out in this raunchy Capital Hill farce.

“Between the Headlines is my spoof on Washington, as filtered through the lens of Lesbian Porn,” says Cade. “DC is so corrupt, and that atmosphere of secrets and lies and spin just sets up perfectly for a porn parody. We shot on the Digital Bolex D16 in 2K raw and had an amazing and dedicated cast who really worked with me to bring these characters to life. It’s my most ambitious movie, and I think it’s my best.”

“One of the highlights of a really great experience here was getting to play Rachel Maddow,” smiles Cade. “I like her – she’s self assured, intelligent and my kind of hot – and I’ve always wanted to play her in a porno. I hope she finds about this movie. I think she’s the sort of person who would find this kind of thing funny (even though I did sort of impugn her journalistic integrity).”
