Los Angeles, CA – Author and Sex Educator Lord Morpheous announced his returning sponsorship of the upcoming Transgender Erotica Awards.
“The last couple of years have arguably been the best in recent history for trans visibility and trans rights and because of that, I’m absolutely thrilled to sponsor the Transgender Erotica Awards again this year!” said Lord Morpheous. “There are more incredible trans performers than ever before, and I’m honored to be a part of an event that showcases sexual diversity in all its forms. Good luck to the nominees – we can’t wait to see you there!”
“I’m so appreciative of Morpheous’ sponsorship year after year, especially without being able to attend the show in the past.” said Grooby’s Marketing and Editorial Director Kristel Penn. “I think it’s a real testament to how he genuinely supports the community. I’m excited to finally meet him in person after all these years!”
Morpheous is a Canadian sex educator, author, photographer, and kinkster based in New York. This is his third book for Green Candy Press, following on the heels of his popular BDSM books How to be Kinky: A Beginner’s Guide to BDSM and How to be Kinkier: More Adventures in Adult Playtime (2008 / 2012, Green Candy Press, San Francisco). Morpheous’ work is archived in the Sexual Representation Collection of the University of Toronto’s Mark S. Morpheous has taught a variety of workshops on rope bondage, the aesthetics of bondage, fetish photography, advanced and beginner BDSM, and workshops catered to professional dominants and submissives. He travels and presents regularly, doing outreach to both academic and kink-aware safer sex organizations as well as performing in ropebondage expos the world over.
He is also the founder of Morpheous’ Bondage Extravaganza, an annual rope bondage art installation that has grown over the years into the world’s largest public rope bondage event, with upwards of 6000 events across three cities with 75,000 more watching online.
