2022 AVN Best Enhancement Manufacturer Wicked Sensual Care is shining its Retail Employee Spotlight on Hollie of Elations in East Ridge, Tennessee. Located at 5811 Ringgold Road, Elations carries the largest selection of adult toys, lingerie, and gifts in the metropolitan Chattanooga area.
Each month, a new superstar of the pleasure products space is interviewed for the Wicked Sensual Care newsletter. In conversation, Hollie revealed herself to be an accomplished customer service industry veteran with nearly two decades of experience. “I wish I had a really good story about how I got started here,” a smiling Hollie said. “I was tired of working in fast food and thought I would just put in an application and see what happened. I’ve been here since 2006!”
Known throughout the metropolitan Chattanooga region as an exceedingly customer-friendly shop, Elations currently has nearly eighty reviews on Google, with one five-star reviewer raving, “This place is amazing! They taught us a lot, were very engaged in our questions, and helped us with more than expected. They are patient and very informative. I’m so glad we stopped here.”
In Hollie’s view, sex education and product knowledge are key to earning such consistently positive feedback. They not only help generate customer satisfaction but assist in erasing consumer doubts, making it easier to identify specific needs and, as a result, increased customer loyalty. “I try to learn about everything new that comes in,” she said. “It is a fun challenge, considering all the different items we carry. I love teaching people about lubes. Most people don’t know there are so many options and each one can help in different ways.”
In addition to the product knowledge and upbeat, positive energy she brings to her career at Elations, Hollie’s strengths include her ability to make her customers feel at home every time they visit. “I like that we get to have fun while at work. I like helping people be happy and healthy. When people come in shy and timid, I try to get them to relax so they will open up about their needs and hopefully leave with a bit more confidence.”
