An ex-porn star who secretly filmed female ­workmates on the toilet has been cleared of voyeurism because of his fear of vomit.

Thomas Clark, 29, was accused of hiding his mobile camera phone in the unisex toilet for a sexual thrill.

But JPs accepted he wanted to see if people were ill because he feared catching something at Swinton Insurance, in Crawley, West Sussex.

A clinical psychologist backed his claim.

Mr Clark told Horsham magistrates: “It is like life or death if I catch an illness.”
