Teacher ‘accidentally uploaded porn onto school’s IT system’

A teacher was suspended after he uploaded pornography onto his school’s IT system, a disciplinary hearing has been told.

Robert Adams, who worked at Deighton Primary School in Tredegar, South Wales, was caught by colleagues when they noticed the images which were stored in a folder called “Glam”.

A General Teaching Council for Wales disciplinary panel heard that IT co-ordinator Mr Adams had agreed to upload school work resources to a personal memory stick after the school’s servers had been shut down for maintenance work.
