It is with great sadness that we report that adult performer Cytherea and her family were victims of a horrendous home invasion Jan. 19th in a southwestern section of Las Vegas.
The Las Vegas Review Journal reports
Police were called about 10 p.m. Jan. 19 to a home in the 9200 block of Weeping Hollow Avenue, south of the intersection of Blue Diamond Road and El Capitan Way, to investigate a report of a home invasion, robbery and sexual assault.
Two children and three adults were inside the house, according to reports. Police say they were robbed, held at gunpoint, and Cytherea was raped, after a gang of attackers kicked in the door to the home at around 9:30 p.m.
Three suspects, Qumaire Rainey, 18; Edward London, 17; and Casey Franks, 16, were arrested by Metro detectives, who were working with the North Las Vegas Police Department on a related case.
Both London and Franks have been certified as adults, according to Metro Police.
Police Lieutenant David McGrath investigated what he called a ‘rare case’, in which a gang of teens kicked in the door of a random home.
“This family didn’t know these individuals,” McGrath told KLAS.
All three suspects face numerous felony charges for the Martin Luther King Day attack, and will be arraigned in Las Vegas Justice Court this morning.
Police say the suspects have criminal histories and knew each other from detention.
Thursday night, Cytherea made her first public statement on the crime.

This will never make the national news because the victim isn’t black and the perpetrators aren’t white. It goes against the progressive agenda of the media. They’d rather martyr a black kid who attacked a cop and tried to take his gun, or a kid who reaches for a toy gun in his waistband, that looked real. This country is going down the toilet fast.

Ana, ma’am….I’m very Left of center, I don’t buy the “Cytherea’s rape/assault isn’t national news because BLACK RAPISTS??!!!!” meme at all…and *I* find you very offensive. This case is not about being forgotten; it’s about a sex worker/porn performer seeking justice from the violent crime committed against her. I don’t give a rat’s ass about the color of the assailants; if they did the crime, they should do the time. Full. Stop. And, yeah….invest in a spell checker or a spelling book.
The only time color matters is if it’s white on black crime. Or a white cop.
