Blowjob In The Stands At Cirque Du Soleil

Audience members at a Cirque Du Soleil performance in Del Mar, Calif. got more than they bargained for during a recent show on May 27.

In the stands, several witnesses (including children) saw a woman allegedly performing oral sex on her male partner. When asked to stop, the pair complied — at first.

A witness only known as “Jenny,” had been one of the most vocal audience members who had asked the pair to stop, reports 10news.com.

When Jenny, a military doctor, was leaving the show, she saw that the man and woman were waiting for her near the exit. That’s when things got violent.

“Next thing I knew, she punches me on my left temple,” said Jenny to 10news.com. “I didn’t feel the other two hits. She hit me on the right side of my jaw and the left side of my jaw.”

The aggressive pair turned out to be U.S. border patrol agents Kallie Helwig and Gerald Torello Jr. After the two were arrested, Helwig was given a misdemeanor citation for battery while Torello was detained for being drunk in public, reports CBS8.

The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department confirmed to The Huffington Post that both cases are currently being reviewed by the San Diego District Attorney’s office. The pair could either be charged as requested by the D.A. or the cases could be returned to the Sheriff’s Department for further investigation.

Check out CBS8 to see Agent Helwig’s explanation for why she had her head in his lap.

Both agents have been placed on paid leave while Border Patrol investigates the matter, reports CBS2.

What happened at Cirque Du Soleil is just one of several recent instances of border patrol agents behaving badly. In April, Ricardo Montalvo, 28, was arrested in El Paso, Tex. and charged with trying to smuggle firearms and ammunition into Mexico.

Luis E. Fonseca, 31, is currently on trial for allegedly choking an undocumented immigrant in Imperial Beach, Calif. last summer. Just last month, Jason Edward Gamboa, 29, was arrested in Brownsville, Tex. after a mother claimed that he had sexually assaulted her 9-year-old daughter.

UPDATE: U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency has sent the following message to HuffPost about the allegations against Agents Helwig and Torello.

All Customs and Border Protection (CBP) employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner while on or off duty. CBP stresses honor and integrity in every aspect of our mission, and the overwhelming majority of CBP employees and officers perform their duties with honor and distinction, working tirelessly every day to keep our country safe. CBP takes every allegation of misconduct seriously and fully cooperates in the investigation of such allegations. Presently, the two employees in question have been assigned administrative duties.

Both agents have been employed with CBP since 2008.
