Buff — who starred on “Gigolos” — caught the eye of Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch, who calls a BB film an “absolute blockbuster.”

Hirsch and Buff met recently to hammer out a deal … and there was a third person in the room — Buff’s wife, Judy.
