I can’t deny that my favorite part of going to the gym, is leaving. Though, the scenery isn’t too bad, usually. I go to the gym, so I can do what I want to do, be it what’s asked of me on set, or whether I want to go climb a mountain, or swim in the ocean. I’m not gunning for a 6 pack with arms bigger than most people’s head. I want to eat what I want to eat, and enjoy what is out there; not get winded going up the stairs, or just feel uncomfortable in my own body.

I keep my workouts simple-ish. I lift 3 days (Legs, Chest/Tricep, Back/Bicep) and have an “Off Day”. Usually my off day consists of a 30min run.
I lift for 1min, and take a 1min rest; 3 sets per exercise; 5 or 7 exercises per day. Core training every day, either 3 sets of crunches; or 6 1min Pillar hold (plank, but using medicine/stability balls)

Then I run for 20min.

All in all, I’m in and out of the gym in about 1 hour to 1 hour 15min. After all, what fun is going to the gym, if you don’t get to enjoy what your working for?

Also, for the record, I dress because I don’t give two flying fucks. I sweat and I push, so I’m going to destroy any and all clothing I wear to the gym. I dress so that I have full range of motion without constriction. So my gym attire is old uniforms, wardrobe, gifts, etc. I’ll dress to impress at the bar or the club, and ot next to the other gymtards.
