America’s leading adult distributor, Nalpac (www.nalpac.com), has won three XBIZ Executive Awards honoring Steve Craig, Andy Craig, and Phoebe Grott.
Each year, the XBIZ Executive Awards honor the best of the best from the adult business community for their outstanding creativity and leadership, celebrating exceptional career achievement across a wide variety of prominent industry roles. Nominees are selected based on a range of success factors, including business acumen, community standing, and overall leadership.
Nalpac’s CEO Steve Craig won for Businessperson of the Year. In 2023, Nalpac announced that Steve had brokered a deal to purchase competitive distributor Entrenue just five years after the purchase of Nalpac. Under the leadership of Steve Craig, the company has seen exponential growth while continuing to forge strong relationships.

This has been a really great year for us with a lot of changes and the exciting new challenge of operating a specialty distribution company alongside Nalpac,” said CEO Steve Craig.
Winning for C-Suite Exec of the Year was Chief Operating Officer Andy Craig. Andy is instrumental in keeping the supply chain and warehouses running smoothly. This year, Andy’s primary focus was on integrating the operational, shipping, and warehouse systems at Entrenue to ensure customers receive the same level of exceptional service provided by Nalpac.

Nalpac’s highly regarded Director of Marketing and Strategic Partnership, Phoebe Grott, won Marketing Exec of the Year. Phoebe has been instrumental in growing and maintaining manufacturing partners and retail customer relationships while helping secure several US product exclusives in 2023 and already for 2024.
