Nexxxt Level Talent Continues To Blatantly Violate The ‘California Talent Agency Act’

I wrote about this before, here.   That post and the aftermath created some of the best tweets ever from Jonathan Morgan’s alleged girlfriend at the time, Lauren Phillips. It also created an even better text message which I’ll be sharing in another post…

The basis of the original post was that the owners of Nexxxt Level also direct. More then half the movies Jonathan directs, he casts Nexxxt Level talent. What’s the big deal?  Outside of the obvious conflict of interest? It also, in theory gives Nexxxt Level an advantage over other talent agencies.   From the outside looking in, a new girl could be convinced that signing with Jonathan and Andre Madness and Nexxxt Level would be a a guarantee of work. One could also say that Jonathan and Andre could tell the dumber ones, “Hey check out all these movies our girls are in”, not disclosing that he himself directed those flicks and booked his own girls..

It’s actually pretty clear:

No talent agency may refer an artist to any person, firm, or corporation in which the talent agency has a direct or indirect financial interest for other services to be rendered to the artist, including, but not limited to, photography, audition tapes, demonstration reels or similar materials, business management, personal management, coaching, dramatic school, casting or talent brochures, agency-client directories, or other printing.
and
A similar motivation is presumably behind the guild regulations, the most important of which states that agents cannot own financial interests in production or distribution entities.
It’s one thing to break the rules, we all cheat on our taxes, but we don’t send out a press release to the Wall Street Journal saying “Hey I.R.S, I claimed my sisters neighbors kids and got a refund of 97,988 bucks thanks to the earned income credit.”
From XBIZ:

Directed by Andre Madness, the comedy is available now through HotMovies.com and AdamEve.com

“The cast members were all amazing,” Madness said. “Nexxxt Level Talent Agency supplied all top tier models who gave consistently incredible performances including those scenes from Lauren Phillips, Kleio Valentien, Avi Love, Ella Nova, Lucas Frost, Jay Smooth, as well as Michael Vegas and Seth Gamble. This movie is filled with great chemistry, entertaining situations, and people who love what they do. I’d be hard pressed to pick a favorite scene since each one had such great acting and genuinely fantastic sexual energy.

Said one of the owners of Nexxxt Level…lol
