LEE’S SUMMIT, Mo. (CBS St. Louis) – A 50-year-old sex offender working as a meet-and-greet Santa Claus was arrested after failing to register his new employment to authorities.

James Russell Gray, of Lee’s Summit, was working as a local Santa Claus impersonator when the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office says it received a confidential tip about Gray’s past, KCTV reports.
