I only wish M. Weinstein would take a hint and realize porn doesn't need his brand of protection! Oh well, I think San Francisco and Marin County will make a much better home for porn anyway, they should actually appreciate the jobs and tax revenue. I can see it now, M. That's one of the several stories Burts told. It wasn't part of the original reports, and there are problems with that story.
He'd tested at AIM just prior to leaving for Florida.
If his AIM test was negative, and he did have Chlamydia and/or Gonorrhea in his throat (something one contracts from performing fellatio), he must've caught it 1) in his private life, or 2) on a gay porn set (since they don't test consistently).
If his AIM test was positive, he should have not been working in Florida until he'd finished his course of antibiotics -- but since gay porn does not require testing, he could have gotten away with showing up infected for work.

I think you made a valid point in your interview with Porn Life magazine. AHF could really make a positive difference if they donated the millions of dollars for the condom mandate to other testing markets.
