UPDATE: For now, here is the lawsuit filed against Kink.com on April 28, 2015. A former performer claims he contacted HIV on May 3, 2013 at a Bound In Public (NSFW) shoot. Quite curious timing as to the filing of this lawsuit, isn’t it, considering that the Cal/OSHA Standards Board meets again on May 21.
Cybernet Entertainment LLC and its subsidiaries Kink.com, Kink Studios LLC, KinkMen.com and Armory Studios LLC, as well as Kink’s owner Peter Acworth and director Van Darkholme have been named individually in the action. This same plaintiff has previously filed claims under worker’s comp, all of which were denied by the insurer.
