When I decided to add a fitness section to TRPWL My plan was a weekly column with different porn gals sending me their workouts and a ton of pics.. The series was always gonna start with Ashley and work its way through the talent pool, but the more and more I looked around the more I realized the only one Ive come across who really takes this shit seriously is Ashley. In my opinion she’s got one of the hottest bodies in porn so it was a no-brainier to just bring her on to write the column a few times a month. So starting in 13 minutes Ashley will be the writing about diet and exercise for TRPWL .
I want to be, and hopefully am among the fittest porn girls in the industry. I want to see all my colleagues take better care of themselves and hopefully *one day* I’ll be able to create a program to help them to a fitter lifestyle. Briefly… this is what I am doing as far as fitness training.
I do physical training for 4.5-7.5 hours per week. 4.5 to maintain and tone. 7.5 if I’m working on a problem area or targeting a new area Basically that is 3-5 days per week. I always do 3 days with my personal trainer. I add 1 or 2 other days during the week if he thinks Ive been slacking or if I have a problem area. Sometimes just for fun!. I never run or do anything that impacts joints for cardio.
The only cardio I do is swimming and/or jump rope. I also try to gauge the pace of my weight training to get my heart rate to a fat burning state. I do this with a heart monitor that transmits my heart rate to my trainers ipad. He will monitor it while I train & help me pace myself.
