Setting sail from Rome for a Mediterranean adventure, social media sensation Elaina St. James picked up some invaluable insights into capturing cruise magic on the high seas – and she’s got some tips for creators looking to up their game in front of the camera.
First, ‘OnlyFans’ Favorite MILF’ opted for an upgraded stateroom with an expansive deck: “Just imagining making Instagram Reels, TikToks and taking photos with a background of islands and different blues of the Mediterranean Seas was so exciting. I planned all my clothing choices – both streetwear and bikinis – to pop with the backgrounds.”
St. James suggests finding a travel-friendly collapsible tripod, phone holder to use as a selfie stick and a battery powered light transformed her content creation game. “The tripod worked great, but the light wasn’t as strong as I would have liked.”
She found other challenges aboard the ship as well: “Wind, humidity and startling sounds were my unexpected co-stars, as well as connectivity issues. She advises, “Secure an international phone plan. The cruise ship Wi-Fi blocked essential sites, leaving me with hefty losses.”
Reflecting on the voyage, St. James’s verdict is blunt: ” I would say a much shorter cruise – 5 days max with more time on a beautiful Greek Island would have been a better choice, but you can’t turn back time, you can just learn from it and move forward,” she says as she plans her next destination. “Spain, or maybe closer to home in the Bahamas.
