Huge 2257 Win For FSC

The 3^rd Circuit issued its opinion today after rehearing in our challenge to 2257. It is a major victory. The court agrees with our argument  that strict scrutiny applies to all of our First Amendment claims, vacates the district court’s decision upholding the statutes and remands for the district court to evaluate the statutes under strict scrutiny. The court also expands  our relief under the Fourth Amendment and declares the inspection provisions of the statutes and regulations facially unconstitutional under the Fourth Amendment.
