Today, in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, IsMyGirl, a leading premium social media platform that empowers models, influencer and adult entertainers to monetize their content and fans, announced all verified models will earn 100% commission on all sales (after credit card processing) until June. This is an unprecedented move that will allow content creators to earn more money than ever before during this global pandemic and financial crisis. This Pandemic Relief package is extended to both existing and new models on IsMyGirl and its sister sites, IsMyGuy and Inked Girls, to give back to and support their model communities during this global pandemic.
“Given the difficult circumstances right now with Covid-19, we wanted to provide a stimulus package to our models that can help them support themselves and their families, as well as spur the economy. We are announcing 100% commission for all through June 1st,” said Evan Seinfeld, CEO and co-founder of IsMyGirl, 20 year adult industry veteran, multi-platinum musician and actor. “Most other subscription sites currently offer a 60/40, 70/30 or 80/20 revenue share. We’re having our models keep 100% of their earnings for the next two months, after credit card processing fees which comes out to 87.5%. We are basically kicking all the revenue from our entire platform back to our models.”
Seinfeld added, “No one should have to deal with financial hardships right now and we want our models to know how much we appreciate their hard work and the incredible culture they have built for the IsMyGirl model community. While our business is trending upwards so rapidly with so many people in the world being home, we’re letting our models know that we are prioritizing their wellbeing by putting our money where our mouth is, and giving them 100% of the profits.”
Over the course of the past two weeks, IsMyGirl has seen a 40% increase in sales, 400% increase in new model signups (with hundreds and hundreds of new models signing up each day) and 50% increase in overall traffic.
IsMyGirl, a premium social network that is the next evolution beyond “fan platforms,” recently extended an offer to all hotel workers who were laid off because of Covid-19 to join the site. The company also extended a similar offer in response to news of McDonalds potentially leaving nearly 517,000 employees with unpaid sick leave as a result of COVID-19. Since announcing that offer, dozens of recently laid off McDonald’s workers have joined the IsMyGirl, where top models boast revenues upwards of $30,000 per month.
As part of IsMyGirls’ relief package, which spans its sister sites IsMyGuy and Inked Girls, the company is donating to the Emergency Fund for the Free Speech Coalition (FSC), the non-profit trade association and legal arm of the adult entertainment industry in the United States. Models on IsMyGirl, IsMyGuy and Inked Girls will also have an option to donate a part of their earnings to the FSC. Anyone who wants to donate to FSC, which is the legal backbone of the adult industry, can do so by visiting the IsMyGirl Model Portal and clicking the link to donate directly to FSC or visiting the FSC website directly.
“By working with FSC on the Emergency Fund, we can help to ensure that talent, the backbone of our industry, are being taken care of and given opportunities to earn the most possible income during this lockdown,” said Seinfeld. “We are truly all in this together!”
“We’re grateful to IsMyGirl.com and its sister sites for contributing to the Emergency Fund, as well as all their work for helping performers generate income during this shutdown,” says Michelle L. LeBlanc, Executive Director of FSC. “We are heartened to see all the ways adult businesses and workers are coming together to make sure we all get through this.”
