While most performers & production companies are actively fighting Prop60 and AHF, James Deen has already thrown in the towel.
In a deal reached with Osha last March, Deen aka Third Rock Enterprises, agreed to not shoot in California without Condoms, Dental dams, gloves and eye wear. The deal was made in an effort to reduce Deens Osha fines and was signed off on by his attorney Michael Fattorosi. This deal was signed under penalty of law, meaning he’s in deep shit if he gets caught shooting without condoms in California
