If you’ve spent anytime in this business you know that things like this happen often. It seems just about being in a position of power. It turns a lot of people into douche bags. And if you’re working from Florida like I do, then you get even more of the racist aspect as well (I’m assuming it’s lesser so in California). How can people say that they don’t think this happened, they’re obviously not black and have never experienced this. I have no doubt in my mind that this happened. It’s super terrible and I hope that there is drastic change within the industry, the industry is going to ruin its own reputation.
